When relocating, you probably won't have the time to look at every house for sale. Most likely, you'll get see 20 to 25, so narrow down the list first thing with these tips:

Before leaving town, put your needs into one list. Then write the things you simply want in another. When a home comes up short on your must-haves, it's one less house to look at.
Know your budget. If you are going to get a home loan, know your pre-approved amount in advance so we can eliminate homes which exceed your budget.
Take into account drive time to your job or other activities. Traffic around Boca Raton could be different than what you're accustomed to, so tell me how long a commute you're willing to undertake.
